Career Kickstart Month, organized for the first time by Sabancı University's Career and Internship Office, has concluded successfully. The program aimed to increase students' career awareness, support their preparation for the professional world, and provide them with direct contact with the business world.
In the first week of the month, students attended career resource sessions focusing on career tools and job search strategies. In the second and third weeks, students participated in CV reviews and mock interviews with HR professionals from leading institutions, providing them with the opportunity to meet employers from different sectors and experience the recruitment process. Participating companies included: Flo, EY, Vestel Şişecam, HSBC, Oyak Renault, Marsh McLennan, Lilly İlaç, Akenerji, and Solvoyo.

Competency Development Workshops held in the last week of November helped students develop their communication, value discovery, and job application skills.
- The "Discover Your Intrinsic Motivation Sources" Workshop taught students how to strengthen their goals by exploring their personal values and motivational sources. The workshop was led by Nur Bilge Ertan.
- In the "Preparing for Professional Life: Communication Skills" workshop, participants experienced the key points of effective communication in professional and everyday life. The workshop was presented by Ayla Türkmen.
- In the "Intercultural Interaction" session, students developed their communication skills in multicultural environments through short exercises and discussions. The workshop was led by Zeynep Bostan.
- In the "CV & Cover Letter Essentials for Getting Hired" session, students learned the critical points of writing effective resumes and cover letters. The session was led by Cemre Sandal.
Career Kickstart Month offered a variety of activities to help students get a strong start on their career journeys. The program received positive feedback from students.
